Labeling machine

BOPP labeling machine

The output speed of a BOPP labeling machine is 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 and higher BPM. The bottle diameter is as required. The bottle height: as specified. The label dimensions are H 50 – 100 mm, L 160 – 295 mm.The label roll diameter (mm) is as specified by label size. The power supply allowed therein always depends on capacity.

Sleeve Label Applicator

The sleeve label applicator can give an output of up to 60 / 90 / 120 BPM. The sleeve LFW is 75 mm minimum, 165 mm maximum. The length of the sleeves: not less than 40 mic. The interlock is No Bottle – No Sleeve – Guard open – Machine off in terms of alignment / paneling. The contact parts are SS-304 / Nylon / Aluminum. The machine is driven by a stepper motor (For sleeve feeder & cutter). The Delta's controls are made by Programmable Logics. The power Consumption depends on the capacity of the machinery.

Sticker Label Applicator

The label height ranges from 8 mm to 90 mm. The standard label size is from 12 mm to Unlimited. The diameter of the label roll is 300/400 mm. The diameter of the core is 75 / 76 mm. The power consumption is proportional to the capacity. The machine dimensions (in feet) are as specified. The labeling machine can produce up to 120 labels per minute. The conveyor height ranges from 865 to 960 mm. The overall dimensions are 825 X 715 X 1550 mm.

Shrink Tunnel For Labeling Machine

Shrink tunnels employ a heated air system and are used for shrinkable films (PE POF PVC) applied by L-bar sealers, sleeve wrappers, and sealing cutters. Air flow technology, designed for high production, circulates air to eliminate bubbles and bumps in plastic film. Our shrink tunnels include precisely regulated air velocity and temperature that are maintained throughout the tunnel for optimum film shrink.

Each machine's effective heating system minimizes the amount of power required to run the machine, lowering operational expenses. It is used to shrink pack commodities in wood, rolled steel, ceramics, home appliances, and computers, such as cans, glass bottles, and mineral water.
