Sugar Syrup Preparation Tank

The Sugar Syrup Preparation System is made up of a stainless steel preparation tank with a heating setup. There are three heating choices available. 1) The electrical. 2) Thermofluid. 3) Heating with steam. The system is really simple to use. When the operator switches the panel to auto mode, the needed amount of water is automatically dispensed into the Preparation tank. The amount of water is measured by a flow meter that is linked to the Plc.

When the Plc detects the amount of water, it activates the heaters. When the temperature reaches 95 degrees Celsius, a buzzer alerts the operator and the display reads ADD SUGAR. Before charging the sugar, the stirrer is also starved. Sugar may be charged simply by pushing a button that sends a command to the Sugar handling system. We can also manually charge the sugar. When the temperature hits 105 degrees Celsius, the buzzer alerts the operator and the display displays ADD ACID. The acid is added by hand. The warmers will turn off, and the message SYRUP READY will appear. The syrup can be cooled by running it through a heat exchanger or by allowing it to cool naturally. The syrup is then kept in storage tanks.

Sugar Syrup Filter Press

Under positive pressure, the unfiltered liquid is delivered into the filter, where it flows downhill and finds its way through openings on the edges of the filter plates. As the liquid pressure rises, the filter media captures foreign particles and allows only clear filtrate to pass through the central channel formed by interlocking pressure cups to the outlet. This process is repeated until the cake holding capacity of the unit is reached or the filtrate rate becomes too slow due to cake resistance.

PHE System

A plate heat exchanger is a type of heat exchanger that transfers heat between two fluids by using metal plates. Because the fluids spread out over the plates, the fluids are exposed to a significantly wider surface area than in a traditional heat exchanger. This speeds up the heat transmission and increases the rate of temperature change. SS plate heat exchangers are composed entirely of stainless steel and enable effective heat transmission while maintaining a modest footprint.

They require no maintenance and have a lengthy service life. They are best suited for applications that place a high value on cleanliness, applications that employ harsh media such as ammonia, or applications where copper and nickel contamination is not tolerated.

Pasteurizer

Pasteurization is the process of heating each particle of a product in order to kill microorganisms. The heat treatment system to be employed is determined by the qualities of the product and the desired outcomes. GEA provides solutions for all requirements in this area.

Depending on your product and required shelf life, you may pick from numerous heat treatment methods such as short time heating – high temperature (STHT), high temperature – short time (HTST), or ultra high temperature procedure (UHT) using indirect or direct heating.

Homogenizer

Homogenization is a technique that ensures the quality of blended beverages is consistent. It is a product-specific procedure rather than a process portion of the beverage production. fibrous juices / pulps such as Mango, Guava, homogenizers with product specific. To achieve the process requirement, homogenizing equipment must be used.

Fruit juice can benefit from improved consistency, stability, homogeneity, viscosity, absorbency, brightness, and homogenizer.

Cooling Tunnel

A cooling tunnel is used to cool heated bottles from 90 / 95 degrees Fahrenheit to 30 - 35 degrees Fahrenheit. It's used for hot-filled bottles, such as juice. After hot filling and pasteurizing, rapid effective product chilling is essential to retain the product's flavour, appearance, and other critical features that are crucial to the market potential of your product.

Inside the machine, the bottles and cans are connected by a plastic chain and move ahead in the various parts, facing overhead showers of varying temperatures until they reach the exit. The feed rate of the bottles and cans is controlled by an operational panel that also controls the cycle's duration.

Pulp Processing

Fruit pulping machine offered by Jas business is appropriate for removing residues and pulps from pome fruits and other berries. Jas Enterprise designs, develops, and manufactures customized food and beverage processing equipment and automated processes to meet the needs of particular customers.

A motorized fruit pulper is used to remove pulp from fruits, vegetables, and other pulpy things. The seeds and skin are separated during the procedure and discharged via a chute. It is widely utilized in the canning business and in the production of ayurvedic medicines. This machine may also be used to de-skinning peppers and washing spices. The machine comes with a motor.
