Carbonated soft drink plant

Sugar Syrup Preparation Tank

The machine can do the following tasks: storage, blending, dispensing, standardization, and sugar syrup preparation. It is also suited for collecting, storing, dispensing, and blending liquids such as pulp, juice, beverage, and sugar syrup. It is available with a stirrer or blending device, a temperature indicator, a liquid level indicator, and a CIP spraying head.

A sugar syrup preparation tank's tanks can be made of stainless steel 304/316 in single, double, or triple layers, with or without steam jacket insulation. The tanks are welded with smooth inner walls, polished to 150 grit, and hydraulically tested. The equipment is offered in sizes ranging from 100-L to 15-KL and is coupled with centrifugal / screw pumps.

Sugar Syrup Filter Press

Under positive pressure, the unfiltered liquid is delivered into the filter, where it flows downhill and finds its way through openings on the edges of the filter plates. As the liquid pressure rises, the filter media captures foreign particles and allows only clear filtrate to pass through the central channel formed by interlocking pressure cups to the outlet. This process is repeated until the cake holding capacity of the unit is reached or the filtrate rate becomes too slow due to cake resistance.

PHE System

A heat exchanger transfers heat between two fluids by using metal plates. Because the fluids spread out over the plates, the fluids are exposed to a significantly wider surface area than in a traditional heat exchanger. This speeds up the heat transmission and increases the rate of temperature change. SS plate heat exchangers are composed entirely of stainless steel and enable effective heat transmission while maintaining a modest footprint.

They require no maintenance and have a lengthy service life. They are best suited for applications that place a high value on cleanliness, applications that employ harsh media such as ammonia, or applications where copper and nickel contamination is not tolerated.

Carbonation System

The advanced intermix carbonation technology guarantees an exact proportionate mixing of water, syrup, and carbon dioxide that is screen controlled. This provides uniformity in diverse batch mixes, flavor, and an exact Co2 gas combination. It may be linked within a water/syrup chiller.

It is offered in capacities ranging from 500 to 10,000 LPH.

Warming Tunnel

It is used to warm up PET bottles and glass bottles after they have been filled at a low temperature. The segmented design simplifies spray temperature zoning; temperature management causes the product temperature to rise section by section. It seeks to lessen the impact of low-temperature filling bottle surface dew on labeling and packing.

After low temperature filling, the bottle enters the bottle warmer through a multi-lane conveyor. The warmer tunnel is used to warm cold bottles from 2 / 3 degrees to 30-35 degrees. It is used for cold filled bottles such as soft drinks.

Water Chilling Plant

The chiller is compact, automatic and having aesthetic and elegant finish Package Chiller is mounted on a heavy base made out of channel section and powder coated. Screw type Compressor, Plate Heat Exchanger and Pump are mounted on base. Water cooled Condenser & Cooling Tower are provided on the side of the chiller.

Control Panel Box including Switch and instruments, for all Motors and Pumps is mounted in front for ease of operation. Unit is properly cleaned internally, Nitrogen Pressure tested at 450 Psig evacuated and properly gas charged.
